We have had to make changes to your dining program due to the on-going labor shortage that continues to affect the hospitality industry across the country. Your safety and convenience continue to be a key priority as we plan to return to campus as safely as possible. The Chef Connection station, previously known as Chef’s Table, will be temporarily closed.
The Scranton Commons serves as BU’s main on-campus dining hub. With a total of 14 dining station concepts across this all-you-care-to-eat location, there’s something for everyone! Hearty home-cooked meals, fresh out of the oven pizza, house-made soups, and fresh-rolled sushi doesn’t even scratch the surface.
True Balance is our allergen solution dining concept that offers delicious meals made for those with specific dietary needs. Our chefs prepare specialized options from ingredients without the eight most common food allergens: eggs, milk, peanuts, tree nuts, fish, shellfish, soy, and wheat. True Balance is open for lunch and dinner, Monday through Friday.
